The EON Award

Well I just got it in the mail and I must say that it’s quite the nice hunk of glass. It’s beautiful and will be going on my desk at work. Not with all my other toys that sit on my desk, but somewhere where people can look at it and not mess with it. It’s heavy enough that if someone dropped it it could easily break and as far as I’m concerned it’s irreplaceable.
I must say that I am quite humbled by the award and feel very honored that you’ve chosen me (the podcast) as the most promising newcomer. While I always hoped I’d win, I never thought it would have actually happened.
Thank you to everyone who voted for me, I really REALLY appreciate your support.
PS. I want to publically thank Atraxerxes (again) for picking up the baton while I’m “gone fishing”. I sincerely appreciate that he has stepped up and hope that you are all sending him eve-mails like you did with me.

You can print out one of those pictures and tape it to your desk. Fat chance prying this thing outta my claws.
Good job getting nominated though. While it’s not actually winning, it certianly is a good bit of recognition for your hard work.
I really feel bad for Mynxee though. Seven freaking votes. Damn.
